'about me' pages are always so hard to do. it's like, what do you even say in these things? i've never been good at 'elevator pitching' myself. but, i'll try my best.
i go by dee, but you can call me 'joeysluna' if you're feeling nostalgic for those kinds of things--when you'd just refer to people as their username or some variation of it. i know i've been. ah, that's one thing about me! i'm the nostalgic type, it's what brought me here, anyways.
i'm twenty-seven years old, she/her. i'm a scorpio, if that's something you may care about. my interests consist of followig my own creative whims, watching anime from time to time and playing the sort of video games that cismen say doesn't make me a 'real gamer'. i also love 'bad movies'. not like, the kind that are so horrible you can't watch, but the sort of movie that would make a pretty good episode of mystery science theater 3000.
i write on occasion, whenever the dreaded block hasn't held me hostage. i also partake in various other creative avenues; more recently it's been punch needling and making coasters, rugs and art pieces. creating this website has really scratched that creative itch as well; i'm still learning but coding has sincerely been fun thus far.
hmm, what else... ah! i majored in sociology and have an interest in the human mind. moreso, how society shapes it. society...kind of sucks but, sometimes, it rules when you find your people. i've found mine and, sweet reader, i hope you've found yours too. though, this is to say i'll write about these sorts of things in my 'my thoughts' page from time to time too.
